Comment🖋 and share 📲video ----👩‍🍳-----👩‍🍳----- 1 Cup All purpose flour 1 tbsp yeast Milk Cheese 10-12 Chopped Garlic Chopped coriander Melted butter Red chilli powder / Chilli flakes Oregano / mixed herbs Salt Oil Water Sugar -----👩‍🍳-----👩‍🍳----- 1. In bowl take warm milk, sugar, active instant dry yeast . mix well. rest for 5-10 minutes. Note : if yeast doesn't activate don't proceed further 2. Now add all purpose flour/ Maida , add pinch of salt, garlic and oregano. knead the dough. If required use warm milk to knead dough . 3. Coat the dough with oil and rest for 1-2 hours. 4. Meanwhile in a small bowl mix in butter, garlic and chopped coriander. 5. Punch the dough. make 2 parts of dough . 6. Roll like roti 7. Now spread the prepared garlic butter over the dough .add cheese on half of the dough. also season with chili flakes and oregano/ mixed herbs . 8. Fold the dough and seal the edges. 9. Brush generous amount of prepared garlic butter on top . then with chili flakes and oregano / mixed herbs. 10. Make marks over bread without cutting them fully. 11. Pre-heat cooker for 10 minutes 12.
