Take oil in pan . When oil gets enough hot add chopped tomato , onion , capsicum . Cook for 2-3 minutes 2. Now add 2 tbsp maida , combine well 3. Add milk and 1 cup water . mix well 4. Now cook it for 5 minutes . 5. Side by side add Maggi in water , add some maggi masala cook for 5 minutes. 6. Now add cooked maggi in cream .
