Roast bottleguord and tomatoes over open flame until the skin scorches and starts peeling off and bottleguord start to shrink. 2. Remove skin. 3. Chopp tomatoes. 4. Mash bottlegourd / cut into small pices and blend it in mixer 5. Now heatup pan add oil, once oil get enough hot add mustard seeds,cumin seeds ,chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, kala masala mix well cook for 2 min. Then add mashed bottlegourd mix well and cook for 2 min.
