Take mug daal and soak in 2 tbsp warm milk . keep it aside for 2 minutes 2. Now add water and keep it aside for 2 hours 3. Drain all water , wash mug daal with water 2 ,3 times 4. Drain all water 5. When oil gets enough hot deep fry mug daal 6.
