Comment🖋 and share 📲video ----👩‍🍳-----👩‍🍳----- 2 Cup all purpose flour / Maida 1 tbsp yeast salt Water Oil Sugar Maggi / noodles Maggi masala Chopped capsicum Chopped carrot Chopped Onion Soya sauce Green chilli paste ----👩‍🍳-----👩‍🍳----- 1. Add 1 tbsp yeast, sugar in warm water . mix well and keep aside for 10 minutes. 2. Mix dry ingredients Maida ,salt .knead dough using yeast water mixture 3. Cover dough , then set aside to rise for about 2-3 hours (minimum 1 hr). 4. Mean time prepare stuffing . Boil Maggi / noodles , take out water . 5. Take oil into pan add green chilli paste , add boiled Maggi / noodles , soya sauce , Maggi masala and combine well. 6. Now turn off gas flame add chopped capsicum , carrots , onion mix well . keep it aside 7. Add oil in pan 8. When the dough is ready, put some cooking oil on your hands (for anti stick purpose) and separate the dough 9. Put one of the pieces of dough on your hand, flatten the dough with your hands so that you can add about 1 Tbsp size filling onto it. Once it’s done, seal the dough by gathering the corners. Repeat this for the remaining dough. 10. Pre heat a frying pan on medium heat and once it’s heated add a thin layer of cooking oil. 11.
