Pressure cook it (2 whistle) 3. Mash pumpkin, add varsity / bhagar flour, green chilli paste, cumin seeds, rock salt. Kneed dough (if required add little water otherwise no need ) 4. Apply oil to plastic sheets 5. Roll puri 6. Fry puri in oil.
