Comment🖋 and share 📲video -----👩‍🍳-----👩‍🍳----- 1 Cup Chopped bottolguard / Raw banana 1 Cup Chopped cabbage 1 Cup green peas 1 Cup Tomato puree ( 3 Small tomato) 1 Cup Capsicum puree (3 small capsicum) Pavbhaji masala Red chilli powder Butter Oil Kauri methi Coriander Salt -----👩‍🍳-----👩‍🍳----- 1. Take Chopped bottolguard , green pease , cabbage in pressure cooker , add half cup of water and pressure cook it (for 3-4 whistle) 2. Now mash cooked vegetables / blend it in mixer 3. Add oil in pan . When oil gets enough hot add tomato puree . Cook at low gas flame . 4. Now add Pavbhaji masala , red chilli powder , salt and cook it for 10- 15 minutes 5. Now add Capsicum puree , mashed vegetables , coriander , kasoori methi , salt , pavbhaji masala and mix well 6. Now cook it for 15 minutes 7.
