Comment🖋 and share 📲video -----👩‍🍳-----👩‍🍳----- 1 Cup chana daal 1 Cup wheat flour 1 Cup jaggery Cardamom Powder Nutmeg Turmeric powder Ghee Salt Oil Water -----👩‍🍳-----👩‍🍳----- 1. Wash chana daal in water . Take daal in wok and add 1 glass of water, add pinch of turmeric, 1 tbsp oil, Pressure cook chana daal (3-4 whistle) 2. Meanwhile knead dough - Take 1 cup wheat flour , add salt , add 2 tbsp hot oil. [ Oil must be well heated. Addition of Hot Oil ensures that Dind does not become sticky or chewy] and mix well.and add required water and knead dough . 3. Now daal is ready . Drain all water ( user water to for Amati / rassam) . Blend cooked daal in mixer 4. Add all paste and jaggery mix well . Now add nutmeg powder , cardamom powder mix well . Cook for 5 minutes . Puran is ready 5. Apply oil to steamer plate 6. Make small ball from dough . Roll like puri . Add puran carefully close all sides 7. Steam it for 15- 20 minutes 8.
