Comment🖋 and share 📲video -----👩‍🍳-----👩‍🍳----- 1 Cup roasted chana daal 2 tbsp Ghee Cardamom powder 1 Cup Sugar 1/2 cup water Grated dry coconut / desicated coconut -----👩‍🍳-----👩‍🍳----- 1. Blend roasted chana daal in mixer 2. For sugar syrup - take one cup of sugar and A half cup water . Switch on the gas on low-medium flame. Mix well and bring it to a boil. 3. Cook it till it becomes 1 string sugar syrup 4. Now add Cardamom powder , roasted chana daal powder, ghee and mix well for 3- 4 minutes at low gas flame 5. Grease plate with ghee and pour all chana daal mixture on it 6. Tap plate to set mixture , spread some dry coconut / desiccated coconut 7. Cut it .
