Comment🖋 and share 📲video ----👩‍🍳-----👩‍🍳----- Rice - 1kg Chana daal - 2 Cup (300 gm) Mung daal - 1 Cup (150 gm) Urad daal - 1 Cup (150 gm ) Roasted chana daal - 1 Cup ( 100 gm ) Poha - 1Cup (50 gm ) Sago - 1/2 Cup (50 gm ) Corander seeds - 30 gm Cumin seeds - 25 gm Ajwain Cumin seeds Sesame seeds Red chilli powder Salt Asafoetida Oil Water -----👩‍🍳-----👩‍🍳----- 1. Wash all ingrediantes . Soak all water 2. Now drain the water, spread soaked Jowar/Sorghum on cotton cloth and let it dry just for 6-7 hrs 3. Roast all ingredients and grind it make smooth flour 4. Now take 2 cup flour add salt to taste , ajwain , cumin seeds, sesame seeds , asafoetida mix all dry ingredients. 5. Now add 4 tbsp hot oil , hot water keep it aside for 5 minutes 6. Knead dough using required warm water 7.
