Greetings, Peace & Blessings to you, your family and loved ones. My name is Nana Baakan and today I want to talk to you about Lucid dreaming. What is Lucid dreaming? That is the question of the ages. Some say it is when you become you are aware that you are dreaming. They say that in that state of awareness you realize it is a dream and at the point you can either exit the dream or determine how the dream will progress further. In my opinion there is a lot more to lucid dreaming than just being aware that you are dreaming. I tend to look at the dreaming self and the variation of the dream experience in a spectrum. That is from the fundamental to the more complex. I would also include astral traveling or astral projection as lucid dreaming along with visions and day-dreaming. Additionally, since we may not remember all of our dreams, even those of us who dream often, that does not mean that lucid dreaming is not taking place it is just not remembered.
