Nancy Chamberlain's video: I drank a GALLON of water a day for a week

The human body is made up of around 60% water. It is constantly losing it through sweat, urine and other things which means we must drink around 2 litres or half a gallon of water a day to prevent being dehydrated. But what if I doubled that? What if I drank a gallon of water a day? A gallon is around 4.55 litres of 128 ounces of water. How would that affect my body? What would the side affects be? In this video, I decided to drink 1 gallon of water a day for a week. I documented my experiences, benefits, negative and why it was an absolutely terrible idea.
