Planning can be implemented into any part of your life. Sometimes you need to be complex and precise, in order to approach a huge problem. Others, it's as simple as an outline to your day. Being a teenager, my life doesn’t require too much planning. However as I get older and take on more ambitious projects, I try to keep a low level of consistency throughout my day to day, to prevent feeling overwhelmed, and as a way to be as intentional, and efficient as I can be.
