Natacha Océane's video: Lose Fat with Metabolism Science My new science-based guide

@Lose Fat with Metabolism Science! My new science-based guide!
CUT. 2022 is now live! 🌸 It's designed to help you lose fat while protecting your metabolism so your results last. It's approved by the absolutely incredible Renee McGregor and available at https://www.natachaoceane.com 🤍 This video includes a sample workout from the programme, covers everything you need to know and even has a giveaway! 💃💃💃💃 To enter on Instagram, where there'll be 2 more winners, head to @natacha.oceane —————————————————————————————— My Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/natacha.oceane —————————————————————————————— This is where all the music in this video is from! https://share.epidemicsound.com/Vp82t (30day free trial + cancel anytime) — (this is an affiliate link so it helps support my channel without costing you extra, but if you’d prefer not to use it that’s ok too ❤️) The workout! Double DB Clean to Squat: 3 x 14 Drive up hard from your legs and upper body together in one smooth motion in the clean portion. Then a nice, controlled squat (mixing the slow and the fast) before lowering the dumbbells back to the start Alternating Reverse Lunges: 3 x 12 (12 total lunges, 6 per side) This is our heavy move of the Dynamic Full Body session: we don’t need you going super heavy at all, but this is where we want to be really getting 1-3 reps away from failure each time. If that means adding on a few extra reps instead of 12, that’s perfectly fine! Bent Over Chest Throws: 3 x 16 Exploding quickly, pressing away as quickly as you can. Your core (lower back especially) should be engaged to keep you super stable even with the dynamic work you’re doing Plate Snatch: 3 x 12 Start light and slow for a practice set if you’re new to these! They’re honestly worth so much, so just find your flow with them. Again, driving from the legs and our upper body together. We don’t want to go too heavy here and force your back to have to jerk and bend to get the weight up. Smooth, fast motion wins. DB Handover Side Lunges: 3 x 20 (20 total reps, 10 per side) You don’t have to go as quickly as I do (though I know you will with a little practice). Tide a wide stance (people often go too narrow) with your toes pointing out and not forwards. Side lunge as deep as feels comfortable and focus on feeling the engagement in your working glute. Seated Pull-Ups: 3 x 8 Set the bar in a position where you’re at full stretch at the bottom, and go onto your heels on both feet. We want your butt straight under the bar. If this is a little tough still, bend at the knees to bring your feet close and place them flat on the ground. That way they can provide as much assistance as you need. If you’re not feeling it, just swap these over for lat pulldowns in the 8-10 rep range (so kinda heavy again!) Plank Opposite Knee Taps: 3 x 30s Keep your spine neutral, and slowly raise your hips up to the sky. Tap the opposite knee with each hand (right hand to left knee) and keep alternating. Box Step Up Transfers: 3 x 20 (20 total reps, 10 per side) Your foot reaching down and tapping the ground should stay on it’s toes so that you’re nice and light. We don’t want you landing and resetting fully here. You can always lower the height (just use a lower box or an aerobics step) to lower the height of the step if that helps you feel a little more confident to start!
