Friends, if you are engaged in yoga, what space do you consider the most suitable for practice?
For me, the most important and valuable is personal morning practice at home. I can observe my body and my state of mind without being distracted by anyone. I create an intention and work through different aspects and different States.
In a yoga Studio, it's completely different. There are a lot of people there, it is difficult to focus and go deep into yourself. But group meditation is incomparable in its powerful impact!
Sometimes it is interesting to experiment and perform asanas in unexpected places : in a Park, on a Playground, in a shopping center.. I would not call it yoga, but rather such a warm-up is necessary in order to learn dispassion and non-attraction, especially if people walk around. Everyone reacts differently. The goal is to learn to react calmly and equitably to positive and negative reactions.
