We are gonna break a sweat today💦 Let’s HIIT it off strong💪 Here we go… ---------------------------------------- Part 1: AMRAP 10 min Execute 3 moves back to back repeating them non-stop for a total of 10 minutes. I challenge you to do as many rounds as possible in that time! Keeping rest minimal. -Walking Lunges W/DBs (alt.) (DBs 5-12lbs) x 12 -Lunge Back + Knee Hop + Press ( R/L) (DBs 5lbs) x 12 each -Squat / Hold / Lift Leg / Rise on 1 leg (alt.) x 12 Part 2: AMRAP 10 min Same instructions as Part 2. Keep it up! -Curtsy + Knee Up (R/L) X 15 each Note:Dumbbells optional -Plié Squats Jump x 15 -Single Leg Glute Bridge (R/L) x 15 each Part 3: Tabata 1 (8 rounds of 20 sec on/ 10 sec rest) You will do 8 rounds of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds rest for a total of 4 minutes alternating between move 1 and 2. This means you’ll do 4 rounds of each move. move 1: Banded Jumping Jacks move 2: Banded Duck Walk Part 4: Tabata 2 (8 rounds of 20 sec on/ 10 sec rest) move 1: Banded Squat walk to side ( 4R/4L) Note: do 4 right, then 4 left.
