Couple things: 1. I forgot to mention in the video that I do co-wash once or twice in between my monthly wash/cleanse day :) Sometimes I stretch out this wash routine for longer than a month. It all depends on the level of product/scalp buildup I have, how my hair feels, and my styling plans :) 2. I'm sorry for the running water in the background while I'm detangling,etc in the edited clips of this video! Filming my in-shower process is challenging and always throws me a bit off because there's alot more moving parts to keep track of when there's a whole filming setup right outside your shower, lol. I do prefer to do my wash routine entirely in the shower - as water/soaking wet hair is a critical element of my entire hair washing process.
