Hey Everyone! This is my DIY Coconut Avocado Hair Smoothie that I love to use as a pre-poo or pre-cowash treatment. Enjoy! Please click "show more" :) Check out the blog post :) http://www.iamnaturallycurious.com/2013/05/diy-my-coconut-avocado-hair-smoothie.html PRODUCTS USED Coconut Milk (about 1/4 can) Organic virgin coconut oil (2 - 3 tsp) Avocado (half of a small one - I used the small Hass variation) Sweet Almond Oil with Vitamin E (about 2 - 3 tsp) *** The above mix yields approximately 6oz of hair treatment. Feel free to modify this combo to suite your own hair's length and deep treatment preferences :) *** Because you are using fresh and/or organic ingredients that may have a very limited shelf life, I recommend that you only make as much as you need for one treatment in a single batch.
