That's why I love it. + Subscribe for MORE videos like this→ http://bit.ly/sub2neg Recipe: 4-5lb raw whole chicken - 1 lemon - thyme - 1fennel bulb - mushrooms (optional) - 3-4 carrots - 1 onion - entire head of garlic 2tbs of melted butter, salt and pepper Prepare according to video 425 degrees - check on chicken at 1 hour and leave it for another 15minutes checking on it so often so it doesnt burn. For crispy and dryer, leave for 1hour and 30minutes (also check periodically).
