Today I'm sharing my go-to Ballet Blast warm up, focussing on the booty! This workout will target and tone your gluteus muscles , whilst strengthen and lengthening your beautiful`ballerina bod! For each exercise I show you WATCH + PAUSE + REPEAT Get your phone timer at the ready, and get going for 60 seconds on each exercise after watching the demonstration. If the exercise is only on one leg, repeat on each side.
