As a former classical ballet dancer flexibility is something that I worked on daily. The importance of stretching isn't just for athletes, but benefits us all! Here are my favourite stretches to do when you have 20 minutes at home - to help your muscles lengthen and your tight spots ease. I've targeted some of the most common areas for tightness, but if you would more, or a stretch for an area i haven't mentioned let me know in the comments below!
