This is what I eat in an average day. I try to keep my diet healthy, clean and only eat whole foods as they come in nature. Im not strict with my diet but I do like to eat healthy as much as possible, ie low sugar, low refined carbs, limited dairy, lots of fresh organic fruit and vegetables preferably grown in our garden, and a little meat and eggs. Muffin Recipe - 3-4 very ripe bananas 1/2 cup peanut butter (or other nut butter) 1/4 cup raw cacao extra choc chips for the top if desired Mix all ingredients (apart from choc chips) in a blender untill smooth. Spoon into cupcake liners, top with choc chips and bake in the oven 180 C for 12-15 mins. Chocolate recipe - 1/2 cup raw cacao 1/2 cup cacao butter 1/3 cup coconut sugar melt ingredients together in a bowl over a saucepan of simmering water without getting too hot or the chocolate will seize. Still untill combined and melted. Take off heat and add optional extras : shredded coconut lime or orange zest chopped nuts pour into a shallow tin and put in fridge to set. Tap inverted tin and chocolate mould will come out. Then chop into squares and serve.
