With the new expansion released and everything being scaled to actually the level and stats you are supposed to do. You can finally solo Throne of Thunder Heroic 25 man again. Up to certain bosses. That are bugged or not enough dps. Jihn'rokh is easily solo-able as an unholy death knight with ilvl 785+ gear, Or by any other classes with some sustain/ leech items are very helpful. As death knight you can avoid doing most of the boss mechanics and just nuke it down however you like. But if you are somewhat lower geared or don't have any self healing you should try to avoid as much damage as possible whilst still putting him down without him enraging.
