Today my body needed a break so my physical therapist @wealthofwellness.life came through to stretch me out. AHHHHH!!! Stretching is paramount for the growth and function of your muscle and I know I don’t do it often enough. He also showed me some really quick stretches that you can do on your own for people who have issues with they hips which limit their range of motion when squatting. I will add these stretch to my Insta- story !
