So I it consider a high Volume workout when your rep range is 15-20 reps or more with 4 or more sets. For today’s workout I was still a little tight from last week so I kept it light and smooth today.

Superset- 2 exercises done in succession without a break in between. The break comes after The two exercises are completed.

💪🏾 good morning x hamstring curl (not in video ) 4 sets
