Today’s workout was great because I didn’t use a lot or equipment but it was thorough. My buns and the heads of my quads are burning. On the last exercise I like to do that on the bench instead of the floor because If the greater range I’d motion. Most people just bring their leg down to the other then back up. But if you allow your leg to pass that position and then swing all the way back up , the engagement in the gluteus medius is 100x better. Talk about booty on FIYA! It hurts so good !
