What up today’s workout was a lot of fun and super easy to do. You do 4 reps of each exercise:
4 power cleans
4 squat clean
4 front squat
4 squat press
4 deadlifts
Take your 2 min break. Then repeat the sequence for as many sets as you can do. It’s high intensity and a great workout for shredding up and creating detail, plus you are working multiple muscle groups all at once ! Try it out and let me know if you like it! 🔥 Happy Sunday. Love you guys !
