Nay Fit's video: Ankle weight workout

@Ankle weight workout !
Please excuse my background noise , I was watching the dark knight. Lol. Here are some easy movements you can do at home with your ankle weights. Mine are 20 lbs each but they make them lighter and heavier of course. Try these and let me know. I like to use my ankle weight for a quick morning or before bed workout just to get the blood flowing. Ankle weights are not going to be heavy enough to build any muscle but they are great additions to HIIT workouts and workouts where you don’t have a lot of time or equipment!
