One of the lost common questions I get is how to engage glutes instead of quads and do you have to do a bunch of different exercises to get your glutes to grow. This video will cover how to take the same exercises we already do and reposition yourself to get better glute engagement. Also , it is necessary to do multiple exercises in order to grow the glutes sufficiently. Going to the gym and doing a few sets of squat is not enough. The glutes are our largest muscles and it takes work to grow them. It’s not an over night adventure but with work , food and some weight , you can achieve your goals !
