All of my favorite lifts 🙌🏾! I’m training super light but high volume. I did three sets of each exercise for 25 reps. 🏋🏾‍♀️: Back squats Heel elevated squat Deadlift Zercher squat Zercher good morning Front squat The most important part about the workout is RECOVERY! Now I stretch after every workout, not only at the gym but also at home (typically in a hot bath). If you have someone there , have them rub you down after a hard lift. If you don’t , book a massage periodically. I put my body thru hell by being an athlete my entire life, make recovery a priority. Recovery is also in your diet ! Plenty of water to hydrate and replace any fluid loss. FOOD! Be sure to get your protein in !!! You can have a great post workout meal high in protein or a protein shake.
