Samsung recently released a new tablet coming it at around $400. It has a great 10.5 inch sAMOLED display and FOUR speakers with Dolby three-dimensional surround sound! But - you shouldn't buy this tablet. There is a reported design flaw which causes the WiFi signal to slow down or disconnect completely based on how you hold the tablet.
