This video is from our October 6th visit to the Mercy Train at the Ardmore, Oklahoma Santa Fe Train Station. You will see a southbound BNSF Freight, The Ardmore AT&SF's beautifully restored train station and the Santa Fe a 2-6-2 Prairie built by Baldwin. In September of 1915, the Mercy Train brought supplies and emergency personnel to Ardmore following a tanker car explosion that destroyed most of downtown, and killed 50 people. And after a 50 year stay at a nearby park the train was fully restored and returned to the Sante Fe train depot where it first arrived over 100 years ago. Enjoy in 4K! Neil
