Replace Fediel with Vikala, Vikala can finish boss faster than Fediel in not too long fight where you can use her s4 as Vikala's s4 value isn't only panic button to survive but also provide dmg burst via teamwide Double Strike too, Double Strike is most benefit with normal attack mainly characters or dealing addition dmg after attack. Or I should say Vikala give you more offensive power of some defensive in difference way from Fediel while Fediel what provide you is balance between offensive and defensive So I think in GW she likely have chance to replace Fediel when FA and actually use for manual players for doing dmg burst, in NM200 is kinda long fight and it isn't 2.0 battle so I think Fediel may have disadvantage there cuz Fediel's s1 have long CD and you can't use FC there to reset her skill CD. So compare between DEF Up and 2020 Heal + 2020 Dmg migration may still early to say which one will be better but if we set boss's standard to be same as Noire from previous GW, DMG migration could be better against echo+supplemental dmg from boss, if boss's special attack also deal multi-hit will be more favor to DMG migration but with single hit special attack will be hardly to say cuz DEF Up will be more helpful against single hit. For dispel boss's buff I think Vikala should do fine on that job as she can dispel on dodge twice at Hype4 Though you will clearly see Vikala's downside more than Fediel, such as her kit from pre-FLB didn't get fixed like s1 have long cd with effect that not worth for it's CD cuz Caught debuff is just Paralyzed but with difference same that nowaday bosses usually resist and s3 still have long cd and 2 stacks is hardly to keep high uptime for this buff. For after FLB, even she can activated her field in full auto via using ougi but it's uptime still not 100% since s2 while Utopia field is activated doesn't extend field duration and as her heal skill can't remove debuff so you will have to put other character that can protect you from debuff or debuff removal skill to fix that problem. Can't deny that Lich+Fediel duo is really give you a lot of QoL but with Vikala in this way instead of can go along with Fediel maybe able to increase more team variation in future instead of being locked between Lich+Fediel forever In high difficult 2.0 content in my opinion of now I still choose Fediel over Vikala cuz with FC you reset Fediel's s1 for team protection and if boss come with Godsight buff or Omen that can't be dodged will make dodge-related mechanic less helpful though this opinion can be changed depend on how boss in future will come especially Light Diaspora-Tier boss About Hype lvl, only Vikala herself is enough for raise whole team Hype lvl to 4, no need for other character to help on raising Hype lvl unless you want to 100% Hype 4 uptime cuz Hype will be likely to end of duration during Vikala's field downtime but I think there is no need to keep 100% uptime of Hype 4 cuz it's not worth to wasted character slot for that. I also think with this FLB on her may not have that much well-synergy with Kengo ougi team as that team won't get not much benefit from her echo+Double Strike in my opinion and I feel like ougi frequency is less than Lich+Fediel due no such thing as Uplift or gauge boost at end of turn. She is like support character for non ougi spam team, if there is anyone who want to frequency ougi, that's only her not other teammate. For Kengo ougi spam team better to stick with Lich+Fediel as of now in my opinion. FLB Vikala also come with new pattern of text, normally ougi will write specific skill name that will be activated when using ougi but this time it write that will activate skill in 2nd slot instead as her s2 will be changed when Utopia is in effect.
