Traction has been shown to reduce penile pain, hinging, curvature, size of scarring, fibrosis, and increase penile length both erect and flaccid. It also changes your penis on a molecular level. Studies on traction devices tend to use about 6 hours a day, however, there are multiple reasons why this is not necessary, these reasons are: 1.Timing (when you do traction matters) 2. Increasing "default flaccid length" is preventative and critical! 3. In my opinion, traction by hand has benefits over using a device.
