Is Bungie coming home to Microsoft and Xbox Game Studios? Well… Probably not…. Because Pete Parsons, CEO of Bungie, has literally already called this short lived news false. And therefore it’s fake news. Or is it? Because the original source of all this, Jeff Grubb who is a well known journalist. Says that this news headline may have been taken out of context. And that in business, “you have to reach out and ask for a price, and that just might not turn into anything more.” So.. With those interesting choice of words, I wonder if this rumor truly is fake news like how Pete Parson would like us to believe?Or perhaps this is the start of something more? Since Microsoft is in the mindsight of expanding their first party lineup, and Bungie was always the cream of the crop when they did own them.
