In the latest aviation industry report, which has measured passenger load factor- PLF metric for various domestic markets, the Indian domestic passenger market has emerged as the leader among US, China & Japanese Domestic Markets. The Market has consistently recorded the highest PLF for the past four months. India’s growing middle class and rise of income coupled with lower airfares are the main reasons for airline companies to predict significant growth in India’s aviation market. AirIndia has made a record breaking order of 540 aircraft in February from aviation majors Airbus and Boeing which has led to a positive impact on India’s Aviation Sector Globally.
