Going Nowhere's video: Quick Dinner: Canadian Perch

@Quick Dinner: Canadian Perch.
Freshwater Perch, from Canada. Very fresh from Price Chopper grocery store. Always soak that fish in milk, for a few minutes. I prefer to use egg substitute, so as not to upset the stomach, and light Olive oil. Which fries much better and does not denature as vegetable & canola/corn oil does. Grapeseed oil, is also a worthy component to fry foods. Just make sure the bottle states"Cold pressed," grapeseed oil. Add some sea salt and definitely some thinly sliced fresh garlic, and ya have a meal fit for Chef Ramsay. I woulda preferred asparagus(Canned!) over the broccoli. Broccoli, is all I had in the freezer. Just a simple homemade dinner. now...start cooking. And PLEASE! Wash your hands with soap & hot water, after handling any raw fish, poultry, beef.
