चरक और सुश्रुत की समृद्ध परंपरा वाला भारत आयुर्वेद का देश है। आज भी हमारे देश में 80 से 90 फ़ीसदी लोग काली मिर्च, लौंग, तुलसी, गिलोय, च्यवनप्राश, हल्दी का दूध जैसी चीजों का इस्तेमाल कर खुद को स्वस्थ रखते हैं। योग और आयुर्वेद आपको बीमार पड़ने ही नहीं देता। पतंजलि ने आधुनिक व्यवसाय जगत में उन्हीं के तौर-तरीकों से घुसपैठ की। बजाय ऐसी और कंपनियों को बढ़ावा देने के हम खुद ही प्रश्नचिन्ह उठाएंगे तो अंतरराष्ट्रीय जगत में आयुर्वेद को कैसे मजबूत कर पाएंगे? वही ब्रांड प्रमोशन की जल्दबाजी और सभी लोगों को जानकारी में नहीं रखना भी एक बड़ी चूक है। इस राजनीति में सबसे ज्यादा नुकसान भारत की छवि और आयुर्वेद का हो रहा है इसी विषय पर छोटी सी बात।
