सीहोर जिला मुख्यालय से महज 17 किलोमीटर दूर स्थित तहसील इछावर के ग्राम खैरी के पास किसान दिनेश वर्मा को उसके खेत मे 3 नन्हे शावक दिखे तो वह विस्मित हो गया ....बनावट देखकर ग्रामीण पहले इन्हें बिल्ली के बच्चे समझे ...फिर इनकी बनावट देखकर इन्हें तेंदुए के शावक समझे ...वन विभाग को तत्काल सूचना के बाद मौके पर वन कर्मियों ने इन 3 नन्हे शावकों का परीक्षण किया तो वह इस निष्कर्ष पर पहुंचे की प्रथमदृष्टया सियार के बच्चे ही दिख रहे हैं . .इन शावकों को देखने खेत पर ग्रामीणों की भीड़ लग गई ... दरअसल शावकों के व्यवहार और बनावट में अंतर देखकर गांववालों को लगा कि यह तेंदुए के बच्चे है क्योंकि इस क्षेत्र में एक सप्ताह पहले तेंदुए के फुट मार्क मिले थे ...वन विभाग ने आशंका जाहिर की है कि यह सियार के ही बच्चे लग रहे हैं .... गांव वालों को खतरा भी हो सकता है इसलिए उन्होंने ग्रामीण से इन्हें छूने से मना किया है .... फिलहाल वन विभाग की टीम ने इन नन्हे बच्चों को मूलतः खेत में सुरक्षित रूप से रखवा दिया है ...
