The COVID-19 pandemic has brought our world to a standstill and its wide-reaching impacts on society, economy, and environment have highlighted the need for increased resilience on a multi-faceted level. This webinar with NEF Fellow Dr. Zaheer Allam revisits the major events of this pandemic from diverse fields and underline its relationship with, and impact on, the urban realm. With COVID-19 events still unfolding with severe economic shocks, it will be important to compute recovery mechanisms with upcoming trends and challenges to ensure a prosperous urban future.
