Panneerselvam was genuine in following the party rules he should have shown his influence by holding the general body meeting. But he went to court to prevent the resolutions from being passed in the General Assembly. He was responsible for the expiry of the post of coordinator he was holding. But he has written a letter to the Election Commission unilaterally hiding the truth. The letter written by OPS to the Election Commission is against the rules of the party law. O. Panneerselvam is not in AIADMK leadership. Therefore, the Election Commission should not have any communication with him regarding ADMK. Also, it is stated in Edappadi Palaniswami's statement that whoever petitioned in favor of OPS, the Election Commission does not need to respond to them.
