Perhaps not my best performance ever but the most emotional, I cried so often making this. We met at a bus stop when in our early teens and since then we never stopped being mates, the fun and laughter and trouble we got into are stuff of legend. Even though we lived in different countries for the last few years never a week went past without a long chat on the phone, sometimes running into hours. I miss him so much. As I write this his wife just phoned and asked me to write a eulogy for his funeral, I cannot attend due to covid, I am heartbroken.
