A DIY Kit to build an Arduino based POV (Persistence Of Vision) Stick which can be handheld or mounted onto a motor for the display of text or graphics. Persistence Of Vision, is basically an optical illusion whereby the brain is tricked to make the eye sees an “after-image” of an object for a short time after it is no longer there. In the case of our POV display stick, we light some LEDs in a variety of sequences in order to get an illusion of text or pattern being displayed while the stick is in motion.
