Nick Lim's video: Arduino Bluetooth LED Matrix Scrolling Display - jolliFactory

@Arduino Bluetooth LED Matrix Scrolling Display - jolliFactory
For this demo, 7 Bi-color 8x8 LED Matrix Driver Modules from jolliFactory were chained together to become a scrolling text display. Each LED Matrix Driver Module is driven by 2 MAX7219 display chips. The entire scrolling text display is driven using an Arduino Nano board and connected via hardware SPI for smooth scrolling effect. For this demo, a HC05 Bluetooth module was connected to the Arduino Nano board and an Android phone equipped with the free Bluetooth SPP Pro app was used to send preset messages and commands. More LED Matrix Driver Modules could be chained together for a longer scrolling text display. Information on how to build this display can be found at http://www.instructables.com/id/Arduino-SPI-7-Bi-color-LED-Matrix-Scrolling-Text-D/ The Bi-color 8x8 LED Matrix Driver Module Kit can be found at https://www.tindie.com/products/Nick64/60mm-x-60mm-bi-color-led-matrix-driver-module-diy-kit/
