Nick Nerov's video: Confront Reality By Using Fear As A Compass

@Confront Reality By Using Fear As A Compass
Jordan Peterson's Self-Authoring - https://www.selfauthoring.com Taylor Pearson's Antifragile Planning - https://taylorpearson.me/planning I really like Pirates of the Carribean... Despite it being an amazing movie, I've drawn deeper meanings from a few of my favorite scenes. I got in depth on what they are in the video but the 2 main takeaways for me were: 1) Confront reality at all cost 2) Use fear as a compass to guide you in the right direction This can be one of the hardest things you do over and over in your life but if you want ANY kind of change, it starts with these two principles. Confronting reality can be scary. No doubt. It IS scary! But one way you can give yourself a head start is not rushing into action. Instead, think about it, write it down, ponder and meditate on it. Try to understand what are the realities of your life, how you got there, and where is the anxiety coming from? Take your time. Sometimes days or weeks is not enough. However long you need, you take that time. But the goal here is not to just think. It is to verbalize the fears and the realities and why they exist in the first place. This is the origin point of your future planning and goal setting. I hope you get some value out of this video. Although I am all over the place (shaking off the 4 months hiatus), these are the thoughts and Ideas that I have really been pondering over the beginning of 2017.
