Finally, we could manage to get the 2nd service done for my Scorpio N. Feels like yesterday, I had just bought this amazing SUV in October 2022 and had been enjoying it since then. I feel as the first 10000 kms were done too quickly and I couldn't realize how loving experience I have had during the period when the first 5 months just flew away. I have completed more than 10K kms with my Scorpio-N 4x4 AT and got to get its second service done with the same Unnati Motors Mahindra ASC in Kampthi Road, Nagpur. First service included some routine checkup and refills, and I also got some of my noted issues resolved. I had a good time with the service team and enjoyed the 2nd service experience as well. Total expense was less than Rs. 5000 for the 2nd service: Problems which I had noted for the tech team: - [x] Steering noise - [x] Front parking sensor sound was OFF - [x] Infotainment update for reverse camera (DTC Update Flash) - [x] 4x4 settings had stopped once - [x] Speakers had stopped once - [x] Headlight high beam adjustment needed - [ ] Bonnet dents (₹9000 expense quoted with repaint by Mahindra) - [x] Brake fluid refill as per eventual warning - [ ] Sunroof coverage/padding/speaker protection (No official callback by Mahindra) - [ ] Window sun shade nets fixing - [x] Rear Wiper reposition. Routine checkup of 2nd service: - [x] NO WASH!!! - [x] Engine oil change - [x] Oil filter change - [x] Air filter check & clean - [x] DPF Refill - [ ] DPF regeneration - [x] AC filter change - [x] Brake fluid & coolant topup - [x] Wheel rotation - [x] 2nd key allotment. Accessories needed: - [x] Illuminated scuff plate (bought for Rs. 3000) - [x] Brake pedal cover refix - [ ] Seat belt buckle refix.
