So on January 21st, 2020. My account was compromised without any notification provided from Roblox that any changes were being made or someone was accessing from a different location. I got a hold of my account when a buddy noticed a rap change on my stuff and told me to check my account, resulting in my sustainability on getting my account back, I lost my Valkyrie Helm and Perfectly Legitimate Business Hat. Onwards during that day, I contacted Support on restoration, and it took 2 days to confirm my claim is heading towards restoration team that will result in 1 - 10 business days. Yeesh, all of that time just for 2 items. During that time, I kept gathering information and proof of my items were held against me and who had it so I can strengthen my claim and let them take action for the hacker that took my account for my limiteds. I felt like I was going to get them all back from all the proof I had, ranging from no email provided, to who stole them, and the trade that had my limiteds being taken away. Today, on January 30th, 2021. I got an email saying Roblox couldn't restore my items because there was 'no time at the case where your account has been compromised,' therefore they closed the ticket. So yea, Roblox basically let a hacker win the case so they can just sell the limiteds they stole from me. Never felt so angry, yet disappointed for security so easy to bypass and Roblox pulls that 'there is nothing we can do' when a lot rely on your support. There is really no other words to express how just downed I am for all the hard work and time to put into things, we all can't get what we deserve forever. So, I am just taking days off of media and let someone watch over my stuff while I'm gone while I consider questions to go through that can reference a lot of things. So Roblox, thanks for letting me down.
