Vegetable Quiche: Oven on at 200c 1 ready made round puff pastry 6/7 eggs 1 large zucchini thinly sliced or grated half an onion chopped half a red pepper chopped finely half a Feta cheese cubed half a cup of milk (cow, oat, rice, soya) salt and pepper to taste Lay the puff pastry in your quiche dish, in the paper it comes in. Put some oven paper over the pastry and pour in some baking beans, rice or lentils to weigh it down and bake it for 10 minutes at 200C Break the eggs into a large bowl and mix them together. Tip in all of the other ingredients together, mix it all up and pour on to the pre-baked pastry (obviously removing the rice/lentils first). Bake for around 40 minutes. Dorset Apple Cake 225g self raising flour 1tsp baking powder 200g castor sugar 2 eggs 150g melted butter 250g diced apples 25g flaked almond (not obligatory) preheat oven to 160°c grease 1 round cake tin Mix everything together except the apples. Spread half onto cake tin. Heap the sliced apples in the centre and spread the rest of the cake mix over it, trying to completely cover it. Sprinkle flaked almonds over the top.
