Let's make a healthy, gluten-free, vegan, creamy spread that gets ready in just 10 minutes. It can be served with bread, chips, veggie sticks, crackers, pasta, pizza or just anything you would use cheese. The best part about this recipe is that it is super easy to make and requires very basic ingredients and just a blender to come together. INGREDIENTS: 1. Pumpkin - 250 gms 2. Broken/whole cashews - 100 gms 3. Oil - 1 tsp 4. Garlic cloves - 5-6 5. Salt as per taste 6. Black pepper - 3-4 7. Oat milk - 1/2 cup METHOD: 1. Chop pumpkin into cubes and bake or air fry. 2. Soak cashews in boiling water. 3. Heat oil in a pan and slowly fry garlic. Add semi-baked pumpkin pieces to it. Saute. 4. Add salt, crushed black pepper and stir. 5. Add soaked cashews and oat milk to the mixture. Cook for a few minutes. 6. Let it cool down slightly and blend to a smooth paste and it's done.
