Not only are you in tremendous physical pain (as hospitals overflow, comfort goes down on the list of priorities), you're also in mental anguish as you face not just hallucinations (which often happen for many reasons) but also a good chance of death. 20% of people hospitalised, and 12% of ICU patients are 20-44. There are numerous cases of otherwise healthy people dying too - when hundreds of thousands are infected, even 0.1% mortality manifests in hundreds of deaths. As this thing will go on to likely infect millions, that's a LOT of young people who stand to suffer too. Yet just days ago, there was a house party close to my house.
